Nahum Masimer
Pastor Nahum Masimer serves as the Executive Pastor of Family of Faith Community Church in Newark, Ohio. With 19 years of ministry experience, Pastor Nahum is passionate about serving the local church, teaching the Word of God, developing leaders, strengthening families, and equipping people to fulfill their God-given purpose.
He is married to his wife, Kayla Masimer, and together they are blessed with six children: Payton, Jordyn, Taylor, Genesis, Judah, and River. Family is an important part of Pastor Nahum’s life and ministry, and he is passionate about seeing families grow together in faith and purpose.
Pastor Nahum graduated from Taylor University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in Bible/Biblical Studies. In 2015, he earned a Master of Education from Grand Canyon University. His background in biblical studies and education has helped shape his approach to ministry, leadership, and discipleship.
As Executive Pastor, Nahum is committed to helping provide leadership, direction, and support for the ministries and people of Family of Faith Community Church. He believes the church is called to be more than a place where people gather—it is a place where people are won, loved, empowered, and equipped to advance the Kingdom of God.
Pastor Nahum’s heart is to see people encounter the presence of God, grow in their relationship with Christ, discover their purpose, and be equipped to make a lasting impact in their families, communities, workplaces, and the world.
Together with Kayla and their children, Pastor Nahum is honored to serve the Family of Faith Community Church family and help advance the mission of the church in Newark, Ohio, and beyond.
