In order to be selected as a participant in this course, please agree to the following statement. I agree to invest my time into this course by attending each weekly class. I agree to honor the time that is scheduled and will arrive on time for each class. Should any complications arise that prohibit me from attending a class (i.e. emergency, work related, etc.), I will clearly communicate the situation to the course director in a timely manner. Failure to attend two or more classes may result in my removal from the course. I understand that I will be able to register again for a future course if I am unable to complete this one. I agree to complete all assigned "homework" that is given to me during this course. I am willing to be stretched beyond my comfort zone as part of my training. I understand that part of training is going beyond what I've been comfortable with by stepping into new areas and experiences.
